Atrocious service
Worst experience ever with internet fibre. Have been without internet for about two days. No one is assisting us. R500 later we are considering cancelling our contract.

I sit with a pensioner so bored because he doesn't have internet it makes him depressed. He can't talk to his children abroad. DUE TO YOUR F..... SERVICE

We will be without internet this whole Easter weekend. Not being able to contact family abroad. You are in bridge of contract. Promising excellent service. When I don't pay you are immediately on my case. But when you are not delivering a service you put down the phone in my 74 year old mom's ear.
