Atrocious service

I have Been trying to get this Explora 24 month deal that multichoice are advertising since October. Each week i get the one promise after the other. Spoke to supervisors who promises the world too, but absolutely nothing comes of their promises. I am so fed up with companies who have no competition. I have never experienced such atrocious service. Why do they advertise something which they cannot deliver? Rather tell me to go away we cant help you as apose to empty promises.
