***** at Multichoice insurance

A very bad experience ive got from multichoice

On December i got a call from multichoice and Mohammed was on the telling me about Dstv insurance, i wasn't interested on the insurance .

Now my subscription is being cut of, the montly installment that i was paying was not enough for insurance.when i call customer care they didn't even assist me with anything they just said i must pay the remaining balance so that i can enjoy my package.

Am very heart broken knowing that i didnt even sign up for that insurance, i personally believe that there is ***** that is going on at the insurance company because the last lady that i spoke to she said shes been dealing with customers with the same problem as mine
