I'd like to compliment one of your employees, Me Khumbudzo Mbuba, for the excellent service she provided today.

Me Mbuba helped me to sort out our DSTV account after I discovered that there had been several unauthorized debits made from it since October 2019.

I have contacted the DSTV on several occasions, via your Whats-up number, customer care number, e - mails, social media and even Hellopeter without avail!!

However, Me Mbuba's professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the problem quickly exceeded all my expectations!!

She was the first person to take ownership of my problem and made a real effort to help me to solve it and provided me with a reference number.

She even took the time to phone me back to provide feedback on the process of having my account balance corrected.

Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended.

DSTV you need to hold on to this lady, she is a tremendous asset to your company!
