Astonishingly **** Service from DSTV.

I cancelled my DSTV in MAY 2019. I had available CREDIT on my account and I have STILL not been refunded my credit. I have called the call centre 5 times AND also gone to 2 DSTV agents as per the instructions from the call centres and yet I am still waiting for my money back.

DSTV, you are so fast to threaten clients to cut services and hand over when money is not paid, but when you hold clients money *******ly nothing happens. That is bulls***. I want this money paid by the end of the week.
