Arrogant useless DSTV, with very poor client service.
Earlier last month we directly contacted DSTV, then we went to Twitter and here on hellopeter, guess what although the acknowledged their incompetence but the matter is not resolved. They then promised us a refund under ***, today we call to do a follow-up as actually because they don't care and it was not resolved.... My advice for anyone who wish to use this monopoly organization is that rather use cash payments than debit order because they will ruin u and keep you waiting for years nor they will apologize or keep u on the loop.

I wonder if this indeed reflect the vales and principles of #dstv, but by the looks of things am convinced.
