Arrogant, provoking and very bad service
My request for a supervisor to call me in 10 minutes to check whether my connection was done properly was ignored. Instead I was accused of being threatening him and furthermore that I was getting personal and these comments was not only untrue but was aimed at provoking the customer instead of fulfilling the customers need. This arrogant attitude resulted in my SD still not being connected.
