On the instruction of the agent that I spoke with in my first call to the call centre, I asked Fazel Kaars to please reverse the reconnection fee of R50. I explained that I had offered to pay for DSTV for my ill mother ( recently discharged from 110 days in hospital ) I paid R306 on the 12th April and another R90 (+-) on the 29th April after a message displayed saying that this was the amount owing. I also told Faazel that the previous agent had explained to me that I should pay R319 on the 2nd of each month and that after I had eft'd R270 this eve, I should call back to confirm whether the monies are reflecting and to request that the DSTV be switched back on and that the R50 reconnection fee be reversed. Fazel requested that I hold for a few seconds, which I did only to be told that he found no such note regarding the reversal of the reconnection fee. Is Fazel calling me a ****? His attitude was condescending and unsympathetic. Two calls later... I now have to pay an additional R50 after I have just paid R90 on the 29th April and R270 earlier on. What a disappointment to have been treated poorly by Multichoice's Fazel Kaars. Come on -Treat Customers Fairly!
