Arrogant

I just got a call from a salesman wanting to speak to my son. I told him that he does not stay with me so then he insisted on getting my son's number and I told him that according to the poppie act I'm not allowed to give my son's number without permission. The sales guy then got very rude and actually I put the phone down and block the number. The salesman phone me back from another number told me a lot of **** and drop the phone in my ear. If DSTV/ Multichoice can not train their staff properly and keep them in control it's going to become a problem. I told them in the past so many times that this is not my son's number and that I will appreciate it if they can stop phoning me but it just carries on. Service is pathetic and not even to mention the manners.
