Arrogance at its best

<p>DSTV think that they can just do as they please. I have an HD PVR and an extra view package at 2 different addresses respectively. I have decide to discontinue the HDpvr package and went online to my account and disconnected it. All was fine for a while until these arrogant idiots just decided to reactivate the package and then send me an sms thretening to discontinue my service if I didnt pay immediately. Now why does DSTV have an online facility that is obviously a hopeless failure.. Looking forward to weeks of being shoved around from pillar to post while they ***********ly supposedlt try and siort this out..Do you think these low lives will refund the subscription charged during the period that It was supposed to be disconnected...through no fault of my own mind you. Dont phone me as I am out of the country...sort your S H I T out and keep my HDpvr disconnected as requested and credit my account.</p>
