Arrears From 11 November 2021
I have a compact plus package including pvr functions. I just went to PnP to pay and they stated that I must R829.00. I've been on the phone with multi choice for literally 45 minutes and the feedback that I got from the agent is that I have arrears of R170 from 11 November 2021 and I'm only being told about it today because it wasn't showing on their side all along, and I'm pretty much still liable for the charges.
Can I please opt to cancel my subscription if this issue cant be resolved.
