Arrears for an Inactive Account

I'm writting this review, because of the bad service multichoice has been giving me. All I want is to re-open my account, and pay a lower package. But they busy charging me arrears, for an account that has not been working in a while. I can't be expected to pay an amount, yet my account is not active. The arrears are always different, when I check on my WhatsApp.
