Are you trying to rip me off and ***** me???

I am a concerned customer, and I am very frustrated as I have been hearing stories about how dstv frequently overcharges clients on purpose, especially clients who never check!

I took out a dstv compact plan which is R399 per month, which I pay monthly!! Now I am getting a message from them telling me that I must pay R518?! For what when my plan is R399 and is paid on time monthly??! What is this? I am beyond ****ed and hate it when I sold lies!

If viewing is going to blocked because of a charge I know nothing of, then you should pay me back the money I paid now! This going against my consumer rights completely! I will not be *****ed when I work damn hard for my money! Mxm
