Are you Running a **** or What??

I have been paying for my Access subscription every month. In October R115 was paid on the 27. November R115 was paid on the 18th. December R115 was paid on the 21st and an amount of R88 was requested on the 29th and I paid R90. JANUARY R120 was paid on the 28th and Feb R120 was paid on the 28th. My account was blocked and I'm told to pay R145 as my account is in errears . I have never received any communication for the past months about outstanding amounts . But I'm told there is a reconnection what not nonsense that needs to paid.
