Are you KIDDING me????
<p>This morning a lawyer company phones me to tell me i owe multichoice R11 000! I told the guy it is NOT possible as i have a debit order that goes off on my pay date so there is always money in the bank...well he says i owe them. I tell him EVERYBODY knows that if payment did not go off 3 days later your DSTV is cut off. I have gone in plenty of times before i asked for a debit order to pay R50 for reconnection. My dstv has never been cut off since i got the debit order 2 years ago. NOBODY has EVER phoned me or text me to say that i did not make a payment?? I got bank statements and found out that the last time they deducted was january 2016. How in the **** is this MY fault??? Why was my DSTV not cut off??? Why did nobody let me know in more than a year???? Now what??? Please help me because i can not believe that this can be my fault.</p>

My phone shows one call. 27 min ago. You are more than welcome to contact me now as i was putting my children to bed. Nobody has phoned me except for the debt collect company who phoned me again today. I still am not willing to pay because pricelock or who ever did not do their work? The money was there EVERY MONTH. i did not receive ONE email or ANY NOTIFICATION OF ANY KIND EVER and now im just suppose to pay 11 000??? Try me.

I was phoned by theodora of pricelock 2 days ago...she would have send a email to ********** am still waiting....she claims that 2 debit orders did not go through that is why it was "stopped"...my debit order is for the 25th of each month...i get paid on the 25th of each month...do you really want me to believe i did not have money in my bank on payday? I told her to come up with a better story as i already went to dstv and they told me pricelock never transfered the debit order from my pvr to my explorer like they should have done. So SOMEONE at pricelock did not do their job. Why do i have to pay for someone who did not do their job??? And still nobody can answer me as to why they waited more than a year before they just handed me over...WITHOUT ANY kind of correspondence WHATSOEVER to sy payments are not met...because obviously if i KNEW the payments are not going off i would have phoned them to ask what is up?? But no....they just want me to pay 11000 . No answers. Well i am sorry. I want answers.
