Approved and then Declined

2 weeks ago I app**** for the DSTV Explora R799.00 option. I was called by a consultant who did my application. She said the application was pending and they would get back to me. 3 Days later I called back again to confirm the outcome. The DSTV Consultant assured me that the application was approved and that on the dot couriers would contact me for delivery. he said it would take a few days for me to be contacted by on the DOT Couriers. So I called again today to confirm when my explora will be delivered. They said to me it could take up to 3 weeks. I recieved a called now from another consultant saying my application has been declined. WHAT THE FLAGNOG. First it is approved and ready for delivery, then it takes 3 days, then 3 weeks, then it is declined, All calls at DSTV is recorded. I was told it was approved and will be delivered. I have no idea how things can keep changing. I dont suggest people apply for this option, as all you going to get is misleading stories and have your time wasted by these people. WHAT a seriious waste of my time and effort. Terrible terrible service, none of these consultants know whats going on.
