APPOLING SERVICE

last week my geyser bursts and my decoder was one of the things affected , I took my decoder to DSTV Maponya Mall , I was appalled at the bad service I received there , the consultant begun by requesting numbers from my younger married sister, and the proceeded to tell me that he is doing me a favor by changing my decoder when I religiously pay my decoder , and the gave me a used decoder that is giving me issues to date , all I want is a new decoder which I deserve since I am paying for it .
