App**** for Explora Upgrade
I app**** for an upgrade to a new Explora decoder on the promotion advertised for the 24 month all inclusive deal for R849. I got approved a day later, but since then I have heard nothing, I called a couple of times and no one can tell me what is going on, everybody says they will escalate it, but nothing happens. It's now almost two weeks!! I have a ref no. ***2
