application for price lock
<p>From 21th of March I am trying to do an application for price lock. Everyday something new they need. I send a proof of ID, residence, income and 3 months bank statements. I don't have a payslip as I am a farmer. I provide the credit department with everything I can and what they asked for. I even send a certified letter of my bookkeeper to confirm that I am a farmer and that I used *** amount of money per month. Still the credit department was not satisfied they wanted 3 months bank statements that show my monthly income. How on earth must I send something that I did not have. I am a loyal customer for more than 20 years and never failed to pay my account once. It is today the 10th of April and still no application done. And no one to help in Afrikaans so that I can explain my problem. Every day something new. So today was the limit I decided to stop the application. It is the POOREST OF POOR service I have ever had.
