appaulling service from a Pirt Alfred service provider

<p>Three weeks ago i report to dstv multi choice Port Alfred that my dstv was not working. I spoke to a lady by the name of Trish in this number ********** 134 She promised to come back to me Wednesday the 21st of Dec. I have been calling several times and still they can not commit to when and what time they will come and sort it out. Its been 3 weeks now with my dstv not</p> <p>working. I did not expect such appaulling service from you.</p> <p> The service i got from Trish was very bad and undermining. She even went as far as mensioning how less important i am and that there are more inportant people she deals with in a regular basis. If this is the type of service you give to client then i would rather not be associated with your brand. So much for the slogan you have of 'entertaining people these holidays" my family is here and i cant even watch the same dstv that is suppose to entertain them yet i paid. Trish even went as far as telling me how dusappointed she is that i called dstv head offices. She webt on and told me that fir that reason she will punish me and not sort out my dstv. Are these the type of people you hire to assist us. I could never have this lady work for my company because she has put dstv to disrepute. </p> <p> </p>
