Appaulling Service

<p>I app**** for price lock and i got approved on the 11 March I a m yet to receive an installer. I advised DSTV of the issue twice and Last time was on Sunday. Yet today i have not received a single call rgarding an installer and when i phoned i am being sent from pillar to post and no one seems interested to take ownership and deal with my issue to top it all i got debited R2278.72 i tried phoning the billing department i waited for over 15minutes and no one picked up . I app**** for a cancellation and now i need to wait for someone to contact me tomorrow regarding my cancelation. I dont know how bad things can get. No team leaders on the floor said Gugu and the first consultant dropped whilst I was still waiting for her to find an installer for me. really upset at this current point and i need this matter resolved today still </p>
