Appauling service from a Multichoice referred accredited installer - Damage to my property

I bought a third decoder last year and called the Multichoice accredited installer by the name of Motlatsi. He came with two guys named Gopolang and Lekoko. They assisted with installation which led them to damaging my TV.

I went out and upon my return the tv screen was cracked. Apparently they mishandled the tv which resulted in the damage. All three of them committed themselves to repairing or replacing my tv. I have been calling them, asking and begging them to repair my TV.

To date they have not done anything, yet they continue installing for others and ignoring the fact that they caused a damage which needs to be fixed. I paid them for the job thinking that a month won’t pass without having my tv repaired.

I am now reporting this matter to @DStv @DStvCare @MultiChoiceSA hoping for an intervention on the matter. Their numbers are: Motlatsi (078) ********** Gopolang +27 (63) ********** Lekoko (064) ********** I am tired of begging them to repair my TV.

I was referred to these installers by a Dstv Multichoice agent in thier contact centre.

Is this the caliber of installers you refer your long standing clients to?
