Apparently Managers dont take calls at Multichoice
I am trying to resolve a query with DSTV- Multi Choice for a week now and nobody can give me a proper answer. Apparently the manager as above does not take calls, what ******** is that? I bought a Explora & Smart card privately and i wish to transfer onto my name but seems impossible because the previous owner owes money towards this. I have a recording of a call made to the call center which clearly states that i can go ahead with the transfer as long as i have the documents required by them, i rightfully oblidged and provided Multichoice with the documents. After spending almost an hour at the office was told sorry cant be done but we will get back to me the next day. 3 days gone by and nothing to my surprise. I am now held responsible for the outstanding amounts from previous owner, would you pay somebody else's debt? I simple give up, maybe this shows why there are so many complaints on Hello Peter. I am at my witsend and the only other way of getting this resolved is to go to the authorities. Surely Multichoice makes use of attorneys, they can claim their monies through an attorney from previous owner. Can somebody please guide me in the right direction.
