Pathetic!!!, This service is appaling, I have been trying to cancel / unsubscribe this internet the internet service since November 2023 at Cathmar Dstv Agencies in Paarl where the consultant tried to contact relentlessly for over an hour to get to the cancellations department and she was hung up on, sent from pillar to post and dropped several time with no positive outcome, I havent used this godforsaken router since I subscribed to Rain, but I am still billed R399 monthly, I have since stuck to paying for the Explora and another package without fuss untill YOU started adding arrears.....for something I have cancelled already, a month ago I returned to the same Cathmar agency for another cancellation and still no positive outcome. Now I am going to consult with my attorney to forfeit my shares within this establishment, and demand a refund and remove any negative listing on my credit profile. A courier was booked to collect this router although I paid for it, and I paid for the cancellation fee too. I am going to forward this to the ombudsman if no action is taken within 48 hours.
