Appalling Service & *******
This is seriously an appalling service i have received fro multi-choice and their *********** and unhelpful consultants, firstly i have been a DSTV customer for over 8 years and a premium customer that is paying their exorbitant subscription with no issues or debit order bouncing, this year April they called selling me a price lock for a premium package of R899 with a new explorer, seeing that i was paying same amount I took it up trying to save on the increases for 2 years, everything was going well until end of September where they out of the blue debited my account with R1108.32, I called the call centre (29.09.2019) asking what happened and was told they will escalate they are logging a query for me, someone will call in 48 hours, to my surprise no one did for 4 days, I then decided to reverse the debit order and paid the R899 as per agreement, I called again on the 6.10.2019 and now was told no case was logged for me and a new had to be logged and will receive attention, again 48 hrs was mentioned but on the 9.10.2019 no one called i called again and was told a different story, now I was told I have to sms my name to the 37408 price lock department as they (consultant) cant do anything with price lock, to my surprise on the 22.10.2019 my services were suspended, i asked why? and was told I owe R209.32 and I asked what is that for if all my debit order ran successfully with no outstanding amount? No one could explain but said "you have to pay", I said if you cant explain and I pay you have to refund I got a reluctant Yes from the consultant, I was promised it will be credited once Pricelock fixed their issue, obviously i paid as my kids wanted to watch TV, on the 24.10.2019 I looked at my statement now it said I owe R973, I called and consultant told me my debit order would be R836, I asked why is it not R899 - R209.32? no answer could be given, to date after so many calls, no one from DSTV called, how do you have a customer service that does not have service? how do you have Price lock but do not have their contact details? No wonder people are going to netflix and everywhere else which is where I am going also, you cannot charge a person extra amount and fail to explain what is that amount for? The decency to communicate with clients and just hide behind that its not multi-choice it is price lock... who the heck is price lock? who made a deal with price- lock? I want my account fixed and refund my R209, I cannot be told i am paying R899 for 2 years then one month im paying R1100, fix your issue and train your consultants on customer service and create a call centre for price lock, the fact that there is no contact for price lock it shows that you knew you going to rob people.
