Appalling service fr9m Cyril Fourpuin (Supervisor)

I received the worst service ever from the so called arrogant supervisor called Cyril Fourpuin. We have been waiting From the 25th September 2019 for an upgrade since we wanted to watch rugby, we were told to await a call since the request was escalated to the relevant dept. Today it's the 29th and no call has come through.

I decided to call the call centre to enquire about this since my extra view has been disconnected since the 25th after calling them. This Cyril guy who is supposed to be a supervisor did not listen to the problem instead rushed to say he will sort the problem and call back at 20:00. It was 18:00 then. It is now 21:00 he has not called and I have no service inspite of paying for it. When I decided to call back to the call centre upon requesting for Cyril I was told he has gone to eat.... is this the service we pay for?????
