Appalling service by Multichoice

I am so annoyed and frustrated with multi choice. My service was suspended today even though my debit order went off for 399 on the 25/10. I called the call center hoping to get assistance, I did not receive any help. The worst service I have ever come across. A consultant by the name of lindile dlamini put me on hold for over 50 minutes while supposedly waiting for a manager as I had requested to speak to one. Totally appalled. No interim feedback was offered on the call nor was I offered a callback after being on a call for an hour with no resolution. At this point u just want to cancel it
