Appalling Service and Complete Disregard for Customers!

I am writing to express my utter disgust and frustration with the service I received from the DSTV Agency in PMB. Over the past three months, I have visited their office close to 5 times to resolve an issue with my decoder, and yet, my problem remains unresolved.

The level of incompetence and lack of concern for customers is appalling. Each time I visit, I am met with the same excuse: "The system is offline." This is not a temporary issue, but rather a perpetual problem that they seem unwilling to address.

To add insult to injury, they have the audacity to suggest that I return in the morning, despite knowing that I have work commitments during that time. This is not only inconvenient but also disrespectful.

I demand better service from a company that claims to provide premium entertainment solutions. It's time for this agency to take responsibility for their failures and provide adequate support to their customers.

*DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS AGENCY*

Until they improve their service, I would strongly advise against using the DSTV Agency in PMB. There are better, more competent service providers out there.
