Appalling service

Every time I call and speak to a consultant they keep hanging up as they don’t wanna assist. I spoke to Lindokuhle and Nosipho they all ddnt assist me Lindokuhle hung up and Nosipho transferred me back to the que when I asked for his full names and surname
