Appalling service

This company is *****ing hard earned money from customers and they are not remorseful about it. I upgraded my subscription which I enjoyed for over two years. All of sudden they decided to reconnect me to my old decor for fun and because maybe I have money to throw in the bin. Now I'm being charged for decoder which I have not used and the active by force.
