Appalling service

Dstv has the most appalling service. Every single week I get disconnected and charged reconnection fees. That amount keeps increasing and I refuse to pay it coz someone is *********** and cannot do something as simple as allocating funds with proof of payment provided. This is exactly why everyone is running away from paying 900bucks just to also watch the same programmes the whole week. When you ask to talk to a supervisor she/he never answers the phone n u sit on hold for hours on end. This has been going on for 2months now. So I think I will end up driving to the 9ffices coz I can't keep wasting my airtime on this nonsense
