Appalling service
<p>I just got off the phone with one of the agents, she was rude and not willing to assist. I got suspended because o e of their consultants gave me a wrong balance to pay, I'm calling yo query that, she puts me on hold and then hangs up after she told me she isn't able to assist me. This is the 2nd time in one month I'm treated so horrible using my airtime.</p>
