We are pensioners whose decoder broke in February and we decided to upgrade to the latest version. We subsequently lodged our application and were told it would take 24-48 hours to deliver. On 3rd March we forwarded the DPP sms, despite weekly visits to local multi choice service centre no feedback has been received to date 4 week later. On 30th March we lodge and official complaint to escalate the issue and were assured that we would be contacted within 3 hours. 2 days later and we have heard nothing, not even a courtesy call to apologise for the appalling service and long delay. This is what happens when dealing with an *********** monopoly where there is no service escalation process in place. Despite excellent help from the local office in Port Elizabeth we have run out of options of how to proceed. Any help from the management of DSTV Multi Choice would be greatly appreciated.
Regards
Roy H Potter
