Appalling Service

I have a Dstv compact plus subscription and my normal subscription fee is R649. Out of the blue I get a message that my debit for Feb 2020 is R1147. That is the amount that they debited. I called to query the amount then I was told that I had an add-on Indian package the I did not asked for. When I ask them to reverse it I am sent from pillar to post and the agent don't log calls because when I call to follow up with the reference number they can't trace it. Please remove the add-on thing and reverse the extra charges as that was added without my consent. Your agents need to go for training or need to be coached. Just to think about calling your call centre is frustrating when you know that you are going to speak to I'll prepared people who are still sleeping.
