Appalling Service
my DSTV account was deactivated after non payment. I made payment including a penalty fee which I am happy to accept for late payment. in this week I have had a bad experience on almost a daily basis. 1. Account switched off. 2 Account paid and reactivated. then 3, PVR functionality not active. 4. Functionality reconnected. 5 Proof of payment requested and sent. 6 Claimed as non acceptable by Mavhungu Siithagu. No response from her agin. 7. Called back and spoke to Bheki Ngomane. 8. Sent proof to him but still awaiting feedback. 9 Returned from weekend away and find that Secondary decoder de-activated. 10. called in only to informed that I need to send proof of payment for the 3rd time. AND MY EXTRA VIEW WILL NOT BE RE-ACTIVATED UNTIL PROOF OF PAYMENT IS SENT. I SENT OT A 3RD TIME TO ENQUIRIES@MULTICHOICE,CO.ZA. I am holding my breath for someone to call me.
