You have just lost a few more customers due to your bad, appealing service, my bill is always different amounts despite having used the same package for months, your call centre agents are rude and unhelpful, your service offers repeat shows all year long and worst of all the **** advertising. Me, my family and my friends will be cancelling our subscriptions. Keep up the terrible service.
