Appalling customer service from a representative that clearly does not value customers

Good day,

I just had a contact with one of your agents - AZ/Jabulile M - and I am appalled by the level of service I received via a chat communication.

The Summary of the chat: I contacted you requesting an explanation of a charge on my statement before paying for reconnection. Jabulile could not give me a direct answer and then went on to tell me about addons on my package etc. I also asked to be escalated to a supervisor twice and on both occasions she did not heed my request.

There is just too much to mention here without proper context. The chat would need to be reviewed.

I would like this matter addressed.
