Appalling Customer Service

I am quite disappointed with the level of customer support Multichoice provides.

When I contacted to inquire about a payment I made on September 3, 2022, the representative was really rude.

The agent name Nkosikho Misani, he was so disrespectful I doubt that if the CEO of multichoice were to be treated in that manner he /she would be happy to keep such agent, the agent dropped the call on me when asking to speak to a manager.

I would appreciate a written apology from the agency or their manager as well as an email with the phone recording attached.
