Appalling customer service
I have been trying to get an account query with multichoice for 5 days , calling them emailing which they claim their turn around time is 24 hours but Ive been waiting for more than that , Ive been their customer for over 15 years and this is how they treat their customers

It is with regret that we learn of your unpleasant experience in dealing with DStv and the level of service you experienced in this regard.
Our intention is certainly not to provide a sub-standard service to our customers. In fact, our focus is to provide great experience to our customers in all your dealings with us.
As discussed, we have allocated the payment of R450 to your DStv Account.
Furthermore, we have reconnected your services and reversed the reconnection fee that was charged.
The account reflects a credit of R224, your next payment will be R141 due on the 12th November 2017.
