Appalling and tedious service. PRICELOCK is a ****!!

I have a contract with multi choice DSTVand I'm on price lock of R449 per month but they keep on suspending my line every month and billing more than the contract .when I'm call them ,they said price lock doesn't give me enough discount and they're going to give me a call and no one has called me since. Mind you, this is not the first contract I've had with them. I have been a DSTV customer since 2008 and this is the bottom of the barrel. I want to take this further.

Since second of December until now,they keep suspending my line on a daily basis. I always have to call them for reconnection literally everything for the same thing. I've spend more than R300 just to call them this month alone. I am so angry because this is affecting my credit. I would like to warn people not to EVER take price lock. The services appalling. I requested too a complain and I was told someone will call me for that with no feedback.
