Appalling and Bad Responce from Call Centre
You people are a real piece of work, I get back home after a long and annoying day only to find my extra view not working with error code E16-4. I phone your customer care numbers for over 30mjns and deplete all my airtime, the most annoying thing about it all is that no one spoke to me. All I could hear was silly ridiculous ads running. It's annoying and appalling to find that standards are degrading, gradually you guys will turn to be the next Telkom and will start loosing clients. What sort of ******* is this and I bet by the 26th you guys will debut my account. Let's wait and see what happens. I am really ****ed at companies in this country taking the **** and thinking it's okay to do that, I don't give two fly effs all I need is to get my money's worth for services that has been requested. <br> <br> PS: you can go ahead and delete this post if you like I will go on slot of social media platform and put it there. For over an hour I have spent time and money trying to get someone to tell me something and all ingest is ads. <br> <br> You should have stuck with the old system and not upgraded, you have become worse after this so called upgrade.
