My Dad is 74 years old and has a dstv subscription however as an elderly person, he was made to take up insurances relating to the package which He cannot afford and he is paying exuberant amounts for subscription and we have been taken from pillar to post by your consultants which seem *********** to resolve this issue. This is simply unacceptable to do to an elderly loyal customer and if this is not resolved urgently then we will cancel business with you.
