Appalled

I'm not someone that complains alot but the level of service I received recently from DSTV is appalling. I had a technical query and the response from 2 consultants were, we can't help you. My DSTV is still disconnected. Some friendly criticism... Over the past few years people have left DSTV as there has been a decline in service levels, I might now join the Netflix crowd or Free to Air, it's your own fault.
