App does not work on my lg tv (2021) but support sucks

I just signed up for Showmax and I cant play any shows, I tried live chat to report my issue, agent disconnect my chat without resolving my issue and there’s no follow up whatsoever. Should I just cancel and stop wasting my time with this company?
