Anyone can change your package
I am so shocked today. I have DSTV Premium. When I got up this morning I saw that some of my channels were blocked. I tried via whatsapp to fix the error but nothing helped. So I phoned to find out what is going on. Apparently I phoned them at 12 last night to change my package to DSTV access. So someone phoned as if they were me and changed the package. But if I check on the internet it still says that I am on Premium. I am so mad.
