I am a Premium DStv subscriber and should not be paying additional fees to have Showmax added to my account. I have been a Premium subscriber for more than 15 years. I have registers to have Showmax added to my account and received a message that it has been successfully added. However, When I want to watch Showmax I receive a message that "Payment is Required." I have sent numerous e-mails and WhatsApps to assist me, but to no avail. It is no wonder Multichoice is loosing subscribers hand over fist.

Please follow the below steps to troubleshoot.
- Take the code generated on your Smart TV/Android Box when you open the app- Go to https://secure.showmax.com/device_signin_code/new
on a different device using a browser (phone/tablet/laptop)- Login with your details on that screen and then put in the code.- System will then redirect you to a screen for putting in the code. This will activate the Smart TV
