Another week goes by and no installation

<p>A lady and gentlemen phoned me and said they will sort out installation and that was Wednesday after first complaint the gentlemen promised to phone back Friday but nothing!!!!I purchased the items already on the 26th December and no one comes to install.After I found another installer they too promised by this weekend but does not even phone to say they not coming.Where do I get my money back as the promotion is a lie.I will buy my own goods to install.I feel it is not my job to get an installer as I have already paid the money!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Fed up with this horrible service</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
