ANOTHER OVERCHARGE!!!!
Hi there
I would like to express how disappointed and dissatisfied I am with the service i have received recently, or rather the service I am NOT getting.
1. I complained to dstv about the amount they overcharged me of R138.10. This amount was for "connection" of 3 days from 25 April to 28 April i think.
I sent a query clearing that I did disconnect my services before my payment date to avoid such things. And did that in March. But dstv went an *******ly charged me even after instructions to disconnect. I want my refund.
2. I then paid R700 into my account on 28 April. In two parts (R400 and R300), now i am getting notifications that i owe about R380 something. Like really? So Compact now costs R1000 cos i paid R700 but you want another R300?
Can someone please resolve this before i get disconnected again.

We have gone through your account history to check if there was a request done in March either with the Contact Centre/Social Media/Emails or through our online platforms to disconnect the service and we could not find anything.
We received the R300.00 payment but we haven't received the R400.00 payment. Please email the proof of payment to ***.

And like I said the R400 was made into another account BY MISTAKE (that of my husband) and YOUR consultant ASSURED me it was re allocated to my account. He even got me to send an email. Please check payment proof inbox. Now i am DISCONNECTED, AGAIN. this is absolutely ridiculous.
