Another horrible DStv experience
Signed up on Friday sent through debit order forms. I have been in contact on Facebook, Twitter and online chat live. No one can seem to reconnect me.

I have tried to call you to no avail.
Kindly be advised that the contract that has been activated is actually R839.00 per month including the PVR Access. The reason it's showing as R729.00 it's because the PVR Acess has not been activated.
Please see below how your subscription gets billed:
- DStv Premium: R839.00
- PVR Access: R110.00
- Contract discount: R110.00
Monthly payment R839.00
The PVR functions are currently not active.
Please advise if we should activate them.
