Annoying can’t skip ad

I have been watching The Block Australia, and the most annoying ad keeps coming up between episodes. I understand the impact of good advertising but this is not the case with this DSTV ad currently running where you can upgrade to Premium from Compacts for a clippa!

Annoying part is you cannot skip ad once you’ve seen it.

What happens to the premiums of those already on Premium.
